As part of our mission to empowering the populace with interventions that support the development of the total human, we conceptualized and are successfully running the Tech Foundation and Employability Bootcamp, Phase 1. The learning event took off on the 28th of August, 2023 and will end on the 6th of October, 2023. The two-part hybrid learning event witnessed a successful run of the physical classes which started on the 8th of September,2023 and ended on the 8th of October, 2023. The physical classes were held at The BUNKer, Ibadan, Nigeria. A colourful closing ceremony was held, from which all participants were transitioned into the virtual mentoring classes.
Of the 52 potential participants who applied for admission, 30 were granted admission after due consideration using set standard parameters. All participants are still actively participating in the virtual mentoring sessions, whose aim is to take them through the journey from theory to practice.
We are in the third week of the virtual mentoring sessions. We anticipate that every participant will successfully complete the programme as anyone who falls short of the terms, even if it is a day to the end of the event, will not be considered for graduation.

Distribution of Welfare Packages
When you come in contact with us, your path gets radiated. Hope is restored and you can look forward to advancing in life. Motivated by our drive to make lives better and to ease burdens, Radiant Pathway created an end of the year ‘Feed a Community’ programme. Our host community is in Alakuko, Lagos, Nigeria.
Our team went on set fully read with rich food packages to the locality. We shared good news of all sorts with the members of our host community. Obviously, the faces of these people were radiated. We then proceeded to distribute the welfare packages by our well trained and monitored team, in an organized setting. Every attendee can testify to the fairness that garnished the highly successful ‘Feed a Community outreach. It was a good way to wrap up the year 2022.
We are encouraged to do more, and we will.
